**The Company: -**
Based in Dudley in the West Midlands, MiTek specialises in the development of software solutions for structural timber engineering and the provision of steel connector products for our floor and roofing systems. We also provide design services and a range of machinery for the timber engineering industry. Most recently MiTek has undergone an expansion into offering dedicated services, providing estimating, design and drafting support to construction businesses and their supply chain.
**The Position: -**
**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Inputting M-Notes on the System
- Uploading photos and videos onto the system
- Processing Training Sheets and sending them over to customers
- Inputting assets on sales force
- Request off site check list, Liability insurance before site visit from customers and inputting them onto the system
- Book hotels for engineers when required
- Hiring equipment for site when required
- Organising dates to send to our despatch team to arrange transport for pick up and drop off of machines.
- Imputing and arranging service team Training
- Chasing up service orders from suppliers
- Chasing up customer orders for parts and customer order numbers
- Sending parts out if required
- Reordering parts used on services/installations
- Stock level control
- Ordering office consumables
- Arranging service work for vans
- Scheduling engineers work
- Arranging inspections for unit equipment
- Moving all information from the paper to electronic
- High quality admin support and communications
- Interacting confidently with customers both on the phone and in person
- Having the ability to carry out any other admin tasks required
**Essential Skills and Experience: -**
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Be able to prioritise workload
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Be highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn new skills
Flexible and adaptive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
The ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
The ability to multi-task

An attractive salary dependent on experience.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Working at Cookley Wharf site
Monday - Friday 0830-5pm
