This is an interesting, challenging and varied role that would suit someone who; can use their own initiative, can work independently, and provide vital support functions within the office. We aim to provide a first-class service to our clients, and you would have an opportunity to identify and improve on any areas that can enhance that client experience. We provide a range of financial products; investment and retirement products and financial solutions. You will liaise with clients and help with the servicing of existing client accounts, building rapport with these clients along the way.

Skills/Experience
- Ideally you will have some prior experience of having worked within a financial services environment, although not necessary
- You will have a confident and professional manner when dealing with clients, including fund managers and other product providers
- Strong administration skills and computer literate - use of Word, Excel and databases, however, full training and support will be given
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
For the most part, we meet clients outside of the office, but Clients are required to sanitise hands and wear masks in any office meeting. Surfaces are regularly sanitised and disinfectant misting within the office.

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
