Due to continuous growth we are recruiting additional Mobile Patrol Officers to be based from our Spennymoor Office.

Hawk Shield Security hold an array of accreditations including ISO:9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, Safe Contractor and Armed Forces Covenant.

**The Role - Mobile Patrol & Response Officer**

This position will need to report to our Head Office in Spennymoor, County Durham at the beginning and the end of each shift and involves the use of our company vehicles to carry out mobile patrols, lock-ups, and respond to intruder alarms and CCTV activations.
- Hold a front line SIA Door Supervisor Badge
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence (Maximum 6 points)
- Have sound knowledge of basic law and SIA guidelines
- Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused
- Punctual, clean and presentable
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be willing to work unsociable hours
- Proven experience within the security industry
- Be able to provide a 5 year work/school history

Duties will include but not be limited to the following:

- Conducting locking and unlocking of clients premises across the North-East.
- Conducting Mobile Patrols of clients' premises.
- Responding to Intruder Alarms & CCTV Activations.
- Conducting foot patrols.
- Conducting welfare checks on our manned guarding sites and dog handler sites.
- Ensuring British Standards are followed for Security Guarding, Key Holding & Alarm Response.
- Completing reports and logs for incidents.

Please note that all company vehicles are for business purposes only and are to be kept at our head office in Spennymoor, County Durham.

We do not permit the use of our vehicles for social use and must be kept clean at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
