**Job Overview**

The Social Media Specialist will develop and execute of all our media content to build relations, drive audience engagement and increase the company’s network.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Creation of high quality, engaging video and photographic social media campaigns, including copywriting and proofreading, adapting to the needs of African, South African and European targeted audiences and platforms.
- Manage the most efficient way to develop creative ideas for social media content, whether using in-house resources or externally.
- Monitor social media trends and actively find ways to use these to extend audience reach.
- Adapt content as necessary for use on different social media channels.
- Attend recruitment events to capture content for use across social media channels including editing and live posting or streaming.
- Use of performance data to make informed decisions in relation to improvements to content creation.

**Technical Experience Required**
- 3+ years recruitment marketing experience within UK, Africa and South African markets.
- Design Related experience.
- Knowledge of media platforms including LinkedIn for recruitment.
- 3+ years relevant experience in a content creation and copywriting for social media role.
- A relevant qualification in a related field such as Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing.
- Experience of design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign or Canva), G-Suite and Microsoft Suite.

**Location**:United Kingdom. (On-Site at Weybridge office - 5 days a week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
