We are currently recruiting for a Client Management Administrator on a 6-month fixed term contract, based in any of our UK offices (Birmingham, London, Edinburgh, or Glasgow).

Successfully managing clients is vital to ensuring continued success as a business. The Client Management team are responsible for supporting the firm in ensuring that the appropriate framework and support is in place to allow client teams to effectively service and manage their clients.

This role will see you supporting the Client Management team in working across each of their key initiatives, whilst working with and supporting stakeholders across the firm. More specifically your responsibilities for this role will include:

- Providing support to Client Management team members on projects they are working on
- Creating documentation and content to support the work of the Client Management team
- Updating and maintaining information on the CRM system, ensuring important information relevant to the work of the Client Management team is captured
- Supporting client teams across the firm in managing queries and updates on their clients
- Work with client team members to gather feedback on developments made to initiatives.

- Experience of working with Microsoft products. In particular the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote.
