**The Role: Client Administrator - Credit Specialities**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Client Administrator** (Client Manager) to join a successful team focused within the **Credit Specialities** market based in our Birmingham offices.

Credit Specialties, a division of Marsh Specialty, focuses on credit and political risk insurance, for clients such as banks, corporates and commodity traders. This role is within our team in Birmingham, collaborating closely with the team in London.

This role would suit someone with previous insurance experience, whether that be within a commercial insurance, general insurance or other insurance related background looking for a unique new opportunity within a niche market.

The role will also offer a Hybrid working opportunity with an expectation to only be in the office 2/3 days a week.

**We will rely on you to**:

- Assist with the production of documentation to support the placing of insurance contracts.
- Assist with the processing and administration of insurance contracts placed.
- Assist in the review and issuance of documentation to evidence insurance contracts placed.
- Assist in the recording and reporting of information on insurance contracts placed.
- Assist colleagues in servicing client accounts, to meet clients’ requirements and support account growth.
- Effectively plan and organise workload in order to meet business timescales.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Credit Specialties and other areas of the business.
- Self-motivate in order to achieve desired results with regard to team, company and annual personal objectives.
- Utilise internal and market facing systems to effectively process and manage the company's business.
- As well as technical and administrative support, depending on seniority and experience, the Client Manager may be expected to deal directly, and build relationships with, clients, intermediaries and markets, in order to ensure timely and comprehensive servicing.

**What you need to have**:

- Previous Broking/Insurance experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Business Acumen and commercial awareness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound research skills.
- Confidence to advise and negotiate.
- The ability to build, manage and develop relationships.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
