The role is office based at c/o Adderley Nursery School, Birmingham, B8

This is a Fixed Term Contract, working full time Monday to Friday.

**Job Role**:
Birmingham Education Partnership (BEP) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial Team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our Client Engagement Leads.

**Why is this role important to the team and the wider company?**

This role provides essential support to the organisation’s centralised Commercial Team. You will be helping to facilitate the sale and delivery of consultancy and training across BEP’s 4 main specialist areas during a time of rapid growth and development for the company.

**What does the role actually involve?**

Reporting to The Client Engagement Lead Team, the key responsibilities include:

- **Assigning enquiries to the Client Engagement Leads (CEL’s) via the **_**products and services **_**inbox**
- **Maintaining and updating the internal enquiries tracker**
- **Ensuring the School pages on the CRM are up to date with details of traded services they have engaged in**
- **Administrative duties relating to internal Traded and CEL’s meetings to include taking minutes, producing agendas, maintaining an action log**
- **Distributing evaluations to stakeholders and collating responses for CEL’s and Marketing as required**
- **Producing reports on traded engagement data and gathering testimonials for marketing campaigns as needed**
- **Producing and collating resources for traded products and packages as needed**
- **Managing and maintaining the directory of consultants to ensure information is current**
- **Populating consultant commissioning forms for newly recruited consultants and renewing consultant contracts**
- **Support CELs in production of monthly progress reports for the Senior Leadership Team**
- **Submitting consultant timesheets for completed traded work**

**Who would be a good fit for this role?**

Essential experience includes:

- Microsoft office including Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Office experience in an administrative role[ST1][AB2][JP3][ST4]
- Good written and oral communication at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytics & data

Desirable experience includes:

- Handling confidential information
- Working in commercial setting or environment
- Client or customer facing experience
- Coordinating team tasks and activities
