**12 month FTC**
**Part-time, Weds - Fri, 8am - 5pm**
**Hambrook, North Bristol**
We're looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our busy head office in Hambrook, Bristol. Key responsibilities include:
- To answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate person or department, via an internal telephone system
- Meet and greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- To complete all administrative work to support the department, and assist other departments when necessary
- To liaise with third party suppliers and appropriate
- Frank all outgoing mail and book couriers.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage meeting rooms via Outlook & arrange catering & refreshments
- Booking car parking, hotels and travel
- To work closely with Facilities to ensure the office is kept tidy and facilities in good working order
- Ordering business cards and name badges
- Any ad hoc administrative duties as required, including filing, binding and photocopying
**What we’re looking for**:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prioritisation and time management
- Competent computer skills and type speed (proficiency of Microsoft Office including Outlook is desirable)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to your own initiative
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Previous receptionist experience is an advantage
