Greeting all callers politely, addressing any questions that are within your realm, taking detailed messages and directing a call to the appropriate person.
- Must liaise with the School Administrator regarding student attendance daily.
- Ensure the signing in folders for staff, students and visitors are correctly updated
- Organise and upload photos and videos shared on Microsoft Teams to SharePoint as a helpful contribution to the school's Newsletter.
- Know where key documents are located in case a staff member requires them for viewing e.g., Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure the office, visitors area and external seating area is kept presentable
- Support teachers in maintaining the classrooms - e.g., recycling paper waste, putting excess stationary back into the stationary cupboard, putting tables and chairs neatly etc.
- The role and responsibility of the school receptionist may be amended at any point to fit the requirements of the school.

Hours Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
