Temporary Operations Administrator

This role is fully office-based, working 40 hours per week.
**Temporary Operations Administrator Responsibilities**
- Providing passes and preparing rooms for visitors and welcoming them when they arrive
- Setting up and clearing conference rooms; ordering catering where required
- Setting new starters up with office tours, access passes and locker keys
- Liaising with building management, external contractors and other departments
- Reporting and following up on premises issues
- Stock management
- Supporting with administrative jobs
- Organisation of travel arrangements, events, functions and conference
- Preparing reports and presentations when required
- Appointing and arranging training for first aiders and fire marshals

- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritise in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Resourceful and tenacious in approach to problem solving
- Versatility, ambition & a desire to be challenged.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with high-level executives
- Impeccable attention to detail and a professional etiquette
- Administration, customer service, project or events management experience (desirable)
**Location**
Our client is based in Central Oxford (OX1). There is no on-site parking, however, there are fantastic transport links.
