As the **Student Services Coordinator for EC Cambridge,** you will be focused on delivering great service to our students at all times by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems with an outcome that the student appreciates, and by ensuring each student’s experience with EC exceeds their expectations.

**Some of the responsibilities you'll have as a Student Services Coordinator could include**:

- Ensure the smooth delivery of student “firsts” including airport transfers, arrival at residences, and homestay families, and the operational aspects of the student’s first day.
- Act as the first point of contact and advisor for all students and visitors to the Centre, ensuring they are all dealt with in a courteous and professional manner, providing the necessary advice and assistance, and effectively dealing with any requests and feedback.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and promotion of student activities.
- Support the accommodation function through the allocation of residences and homestay families and maintaining an up-to-date system of all necessary records.

**Education Required**:

- Secondary Education

**Education Desired**:

- Higher Education
- Degree in Hospitality Field
- Knowledge of a language other than English is considered an asset

**Experience Desired**:

- Has personally travelled as a language student
- Customer Service experience within an EFL context or similar
- Customer Service experience
- Working in a multi-cultural environment
