**What will you be doing as our Fleet Controller?**

Fleet Controller plays a key part in our Fleet team and you will be responsible for the control, safe and compliant operation of approximately 100 fleet vehicles, providing support within the fleet team to ensure the highest standards of legal compliance, quality and service.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to control of the company’s fleet management system, management & control of fleet maintenance costs, administration of the.GOV Operator Licence portal. Sourcing & end-to-end management of short term hire vehicles, circulation of daily, weekly reports, management of vehicle MID database. In addition to above you will be responsible to ensure:

- Co-ordinating OLAT courses, management of Driver/TM CPC courses (including refreshers), management of AFV training for driver/operational staff and management of Breezemount fleet systems training;
- Administration of Company Car data and P11D information via HR system;
- Preparation and co-ordination of new fleet intake & vehicle de-fleet programs;
- Produce KPI information and management reports as required;
- Ensuring sub-contractors documentation complies with client Policy and update of database;
- Ensuring all vehicles are on relevant toll, bridge and & LEZ accounts;
- Accuracy of weekly fuel reports and declarations.

This role would suit a highly experienced Fleet Administrator looking to further develop experience in transport industry or a Fleet Controller willing to extend their working experience:

- High level of computer literacy and excellent attention to detail;
- Good negotiator with the ability to influence suppliers;
- Ability to work to deadlines & be able to prioritise workload under pressure;
- Working knowledge of transport and legal compliance.
