**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Own the go-to-market strategy for new B2B product feature launches to drive awareness, engagement and lead generation via multiple channels against specific KPIS
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and customer success
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target customers and differentiate our products in the market
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, such as presentations, battle cards, and product demos, to help sales teams effectively communicate the value of our products
- Work closely with product management to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and market trends
- Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and influencers to enhance our thought leadership position in the market

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B software
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales processes, and customer requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas into simple, compelling messages
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market plans and demand generation campaigns
- Comfortable working in a face-paced dynamic environment, across multiple teams, time zones and levels of seniority
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
- Organised with a strong attention to detail.
