IT Helpdesk Assistant

We are looking for a proactive Helpdesk Assistant to join the IT Team in our Bristol or Bath office, supporting the wider business. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices. To be our next Helpdesk assistant, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:
- Experience in a 1st line support role, ideally within professional services, but not essential
- Technical support: IT HelpDesk, asset management (including laptops and mobile devices) and technical training
- Good communication skills
Whilst this role can be based in either Bristol or Bath, there will be the opportunity for you to support other fee earners, based at our other offices. It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
