**Role Purpose**

To provide support to the Content Strategist and working with the wider team, the Content Producer will be responsible for creation and management of content across all MPA channels and services, in order to improve brand reach and engagement in support of MPA’s revenue growth targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Alongside the Content Strategist, source and manage external agencies and freelancers, ensuring all content produced is in line with brand guidelines and best practice SEO e.g., for increased Google visibility and site speed improvements.
- Ensure new and existing content including blogs/articles, reports, guides, whitepapers, web pages, service pages and landing pages are fully optimised for search engines.
- Create supporting media such as website imagery, brochure layouts and video storyboards using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Research, analyse and measure market and competitor trends and activities, contributing to content and marketing plans and strategies.
- Work with Content Strategist to build an editorial calendar and a continuous improvement plan for content, website, and social channels.
- Implement good content management practices, including updating old content, tailoring messaging and formats for defined purposes and audiences as necessary.
- Work with the Business Development team to build a content a repurposing plan which could be utilised across different routes to markets.
- Support in development and delivery of events content e.g., across webinars, networking meetings, breakfast briefings, trade shows and awards ceremonies.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing Marketing initiatives so that organisational objectives are supported.
- Tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns, for acquisition and retention. Including the design of, segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations, so that marketing activity is continually optimised.
- Support Marketing manager in the planning and execution of marketing led events, including pre and post event activity, in order to produce output in line with targets, time, cost and quality.
- Support Marketing manager in the management of agency and freelance output in order to produce output in line with targets, time, cost, and quality.
- Research and analyse Market and competitor trends so that Marketing is continually optimised for maximum effect.
- Track all sales and marketing data upstream and downstream of campaigns in order to understand cause and effect.
- Identify, prioritise, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in processes, campaigns, and channels to optimise performance.
- Work closely with the Business Development team in order to foster a positive collaborative relationship so that the sales and marketing efforts are understood and optimised.
- Work within the budget set at campaign level expenditure in order to maintain and optimise the Marketing budget.
- Produce accurate and informative presentation of results, actionable insights, and concepts in order to inform all stakeholders of activity.
