Experienced Accounts Administrator

Processing purchase invoices and posting to Sage.
- Monthly Supplier payment processing.
- General administration to assist the MD and transport office.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Issuing sales invoices in a timely manner.
- General Bookkeeping duties.
- Track stocks of office supplies and maintain adequate inventory.
- Raise Pro-forma invoices in a timely manner, checking receipt of payment.
- Monitoring, check alerts on credit files and reporting to the MD/transport office.
- Responding to Parking/driving offences and raising appeals where necessary.
- Running periodic driving licence checks (6 monthly).
- Analysis of vehicle fuel levels/ordering fuel.
- Liaise with external IT company to deal with technical issues.
- Assisting with Credit Control.
- Holiday cover for Payroll processing, including HMRC RTI filing.
**Person Specification**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator.
- Good knowledge of Sage50 accounts.
- Minimum 2 years accounts experience.
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Immediate start would be an advantage.
