Ingles Dawndew Salad Ltd, a leading grower of fresh salad produce in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire. We are seeking a motivated **Office Administrator** to join our expanding team. As a 5th generation family owned business, established over 100 years ago, we really know our stuff when it comes to fresh leaves
**In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of our business with direct contact to our valued customers **
- You'll be responsible for contacting customers to confirm and fulfil orders.
- Be the first point of contact for any complaints or discrepancies regarding orders.
- Managing the continuity of orders through to fulfilment.
- Completing associated accountancy tasks such as invoicing and remittances.
- Assist with marketing and sales activities
**Your daily tasks will include**:
- **Data & Planning**: You'll align our orders from receipt through to fulfilment.
- **Collaborate with your team** to ensure continuity of information from the customers is relayed to our busy teams.
- **Check sales orders for labelling and traceability purposes** to align with the customer requests and the requirements of our accreditations.
- **Bookkeeping and accountancy tasks** using Sage software to support the office personnel.
- **Maintain meticulous records** of all sales and marketing activities
- **Assist in troubleshooting** any issues with order and complaints, responding accordingly
- **Team Player**: Be prepared to **contribute to the team's success** by taking on additional duties as assigned by management.
**Who are we looking for?**
- A passionate individual with **office administration** experience.
- A strong understanding of **Sage **accountancy software.
- **Experience** with sales and marketing.
- **Excellent organisational and planning skills.**:
- The ability to perform **in a busy environment**.
