Purpose of Role: A dynamic and varied role that provides essential HR support and service to our Group Functions employees. This involves managing our case management system (HR Service Now) and administering HR processes through our people platform (Workday) whilst driving efficiencies around processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Own and continually improve the HR service proposition for Group functions, across employee self-service, first line support and business partnership:
- Develop and maintain effective working partnerships with business stakeholders to support the delivery of end to end employee lifecycle actions.-
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation, establishing/recommending updates to systems and processes, ensuring wider implications are considered. Proactively advocate change driven by business feedback and insights.- Volunteer to contribute to/lead on ongoing projects across HR, and act as a change agent for ongoing activities across the group.- Build and leverage relationship with local HR teams to ensure a consistent employee experience for group functions employees globally.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- A proven track record as a HR generalist, with knowledge of HR policy, legislation, and procedure across the employee lifecycle.- Strong analytical skills, with a keen interest in improving the employee experience through technology (knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams is desirable).- Ability to understand and qualify business asks and scenarios, to make independent judgements, understanding the downstream impact of these transactions.- Experience and aptitude for data and HR reporting would be desirable.
