You can be based anywhere in the UK but you need to be available to work from our Widnes Head Office when required (possibly up to 3 days a week) but otherwise you can work from home or a flex between the two.

**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Day to Day**:
The role will be pivotal in helping to deliver a consistent employee experience across the charity, creating an engaged, galvanised and valued workforce, passionate about delivering the Best Lives Possible for the people we support. It will also support our workforce to feel a strong sense of empowerment, purpose and appreciation, so that our charity can attract, retain and nurture the best talent in our sector, through a number of initiatives touching all levels of the employee life cycle.
**Employee Voice & Listening**
- Support the delivery of our charity’s annual Colleague Engagement Survey - working closely with the Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Manager on the design, launch and execution of the survey
- Work with leaders throughout the charity to help them understand and interpret their survey results and create impactful action plans
- Design and deliver other listening activity, as required
- Day-to-day management and support of Community Integrated Care’s Colleague Forum, GameChangers Develop new approaches to promote increased employee voice within the charity
**Colleague Engagement & Experience**
- Support the charity’s People Team with projects and initiatives to improve colleague experience
- Review, enhance and deliver activity around our employer brand
- Work closely alongside Employee Relations team to manage responses to external colleague reviews (e.g. Indeed, Glassdoor)
- Assess the impact of people practices and policies on employee experience
**Reward & Recognition**
- Ownership, delivery and continuous improvement of Community Integrated Care’s reward and recognition schemes (including our long service programme) Support with organisational events and celebrations, e.g. roadshows and awards
**EDI & Wellbeing**
- Close working with our Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist on the development, communication and delivery of EDI and Wellbeing initiatives
**General Support & Continuous Improvement**
- Develop and maintain the KPI dashboard for engagement act
