**JOB ROLE**:Receptionist/ Administrator

**START DATE**:
**LOCATION**: Carlisle, North

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Greeting customers and visitors upon arrival
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the correct person
- Issuing, matching and processing PO numbers
- Checking and Controlling the levels of stock
- Ordering stock appropriately and ensuring they are stored correctly
- Liaising with the warehouse staff

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience within this kind of role before
- Experience with PO numbers and their processes
- Experience with using Sage and Excel

**HOURS OF WORK**:Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 With overtime available

**PAY RATES**: £11.79 with an overtime rate of £17.69 which comes into place after 37.5 hours.

**JOB LENGTH**: This role is ongoing after a successful probation period.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Canteen
- Ongoing Assignment
- Overtime Available
- Training Provided
