Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Administrator to join our Lettings team. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in client accounting.

**Duties**:

- Process rent payments, deposits and other charges
- Monitor tenant accounts and chase any arrears
- Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding financial matters
- Contractor's and business invoice processing and payments
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Produce monthly and annual financial reports
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts
- Work closely with the lettings team to ensure a seamless service to clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or financial role preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
