Talent Acquisition Specialist
Chatham - Hybrid Working 3 days in the office / 2 days at Home
Up to £30,000 depending on skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and facilitate high volume sourcing activities such as assessment centres
- Support the delivery of brand and attraction plans, ensuring best-in class recruitment communication materials, a compelling online presence, high quality collateral for recruitment fairs
- Support hiring managers to ensure that for front line vacancies there is a robust planning process which captures the need, the sourcing plan, selection approach and clarifies the roles of key parties during the recruitment and selection process.
- Taking accountability for the on-boarding process
- Managing high volume campaigns and supporting the attraction strategy
- Significant experience in working in a busy fast paced environment with a proven track record in recruitment. This could be with a recruitment agency or in house, and in any sector.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task and deal with constantly changing priorities.
- Good computer skills with knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
