About the team:
The OSB Talent Acquisition Team is an integral part of the wider HR community, consisting of approximately twenty people across sites in Chatham and Wolverhampton.

We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner, to be based in Chatham

What you will be doing:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the recruitment process for all assigned positions, from approval to offer.
- Providing guidance on the talent acquisition lifecycle to the business.
- Providing professional support and guidance, in conjunction with the HR team, at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Supporting the use of direct hiring strategies to reduce reliance on agency recruitment costs.
