Cavendish Legal Group are looking for a conscientious individual to join our fantastic Office Support Team. Working across our Snow Hill and Walthamstow Offices, this role is a full-time office-based position and plays a vital part in the smooth running of a highly successful law firm.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading conveyancing firm and gain insight into its inner workings and would suit someone who has experience providing administrative or receptionist support within a busy office environment.

**The Role**
- Perform all duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner
- Help with any re-organisation of the office e.g. moving boxes/files/equipment
- Administering incoming and outgoing post where required
- Assist with sorting of documents for clearance e.g deeds back to clients etc
- Arranging quotes/deliveries for various services, when assistance is required
- General housekeeping - e.g. ordering and distributing/dispensing office sundries, filing, scanning, and copying, when required
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
- Physical archiving of hardcopy files and the retrieval of old files/disks
- Assist with file copies for clients/compliance and liaise with the relevant person to arrange delivery.
- Input information/documents in to VF/Proclaim as and when required
- Assist the Office Support manager with any other tasks that are require
- Manage meeting room facilities confirming bookings and any requirements for hospitality

**The Person**
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements with superior problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and self-organise
- Experienced using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
