**Renewals Administrator**

**Location**: Fareham Office
**About Us**:
- Platinum Facilities is a leading provider in the facilities management sector. We are seeking a Renewals Administrator to join our Professional Services team._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor contract renewal dates and initiate renewals.
- Obtain necessary documentation and approvals from clients.
- Collaborate with sales, and account managers to identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, terms, and pricing.
- Ensure all contract documentation is up to date.
- Serve as the main contact for clients regarding renewals.
- Build strong client relationships and provide personalised support.
- Work with sales, customer service, and operations to streamline renewals.
- Prepare renewal proposals, contracts, and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in facilities management.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good telephone manner.

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
