As a Hospital Support Administrator at Taunton hospital, you’ll work closely with the hospital leadership team to provide effective administrative support. You’ll provide vital support across multiple departments processing Workday administration tasks including critical elements of our pre-employment checks. You will have previous experience of working in an administration role, be highly customer focused and demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
**As a Administrator, you will**:
- Provide efficient, timely and effective administrative support as required
- Data entry and record keeping in a timely manner
- Provide confidential administration and coordination support, including organising meetings, taking minutes
- Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity of all information and data

The hospital has 41 private en-suite bedrooms split over 2 wards and 11 consulting rooms within our Outpatients Department.
Our areas of specialty include orthopedics and spinal surgery, ophthalmology, dermatology, bariatric treatments and diagnostic imaging. Our most recent CQC inspection was undertaken in July 2016 and we were enormously proud to be rated overall as Good, with Outstanding for Well Led.
