We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator based at the Lutterworth sites. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team with their training requirements.

**About the Role**
**How you will contribute**
- Daily operational managing of the training requirements
- Creation of training plans relating to new business, organisational needs, employee development
- Course development/instructional design
- Develop and maintain training material
- Coordinate all training requests/needs within the Lutterworth sites
- Report training progress
- Evaluate training effectiveness
- Correct/transparent registration of all training activities
- Ensuring the implemented training process meets the organisations demands
- Other duties as assigned.

- Operational knowledge and experience
- Experience delivering training
- Experience creating training plans
- Leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
