Stirling Law School wishes to appoint two suitably qualified Teaching and Research (T&R) Lecturers, one in Scots Private Law and the other in Scots Public Law. A knowledge of the relevant area of Scots Law is essential for these posts and a Scots Law LLB or a professional qualification in Scots Law is very desirable. One of the posts has a Scots Private Law focus (with a need to teach on the Scots Law of Obligations in the first year courses of Contract and Delict) whereas the other post has a Scots Public Law focus (with a need to teach the first year course on Scots Public Law and Scottish Legal System).
