Kier Places are recruiting today for a **Multi Trade Operative**, where your role will be key to supporting the delivery of a Housing Maintenance repair & servicing solution for our prestigious client, North Kesteven District Council. This role will be providing planned & reactive maintenance in social housing tenanted & void residential properties managed by the council.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a **Multi Trade Operative**, you will be responsible for undertaking all manner of maintenance & repair work in domestic properties, to a high level “right first time” basis in a cost-effective manner. Day-to-day work will range from joinery, plaster patching, plumbing, wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling, groundworks, and brickwork patching.

**What do we need from you?**

Due to the nature of this position you should have a full UK driving licence, be happy travelling across the county to different sites, and be able to participate in the on-call rota system covering out of hours and weekends.
