About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tradesperson to join our responsive repairs team at Platform Property Care, a well-established property maintenance business within the Platform Housing Group.
Key Responsibilities
- As a skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on our properties, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- You will work independently, but also as part of a team, to deliver a range of tasks, including bricklaying, carpentry, decorating, and groundsworks.
- Experience of working in a Social Landlord, housing association, or council environment is essential, as is the ability to deliver multi-trade work.
- You will be required to work in customers' homes, so excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Additionally, you will need to be organized, able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong focus on delivering work right first time.
Requirements
- NVQ L2 Bricklaying qualification
- Experience of working as a Bricklayer in the building trade, either as a Bricklayer or as a multi-skilled Tradesperson
- Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association, or council
- Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, decorating, and groundsworks
- Experience of delivering multi-trade work
- Good organizational skills
- Experience of keeping jobs on track
- The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
- Full driving license
- DBS check required

This mobile role is for a team based in the following areas: Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells.
