Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Manager to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP system, ensuring that all site functions can successfully transact with SAP and have the ability to correct any errors within SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are fit for purpose and coordinate the required training necessary.
- Ensure that all functions complete the required processes to maintain a smooth SAP capability.
- Coordinate the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new training processes and improve system functionality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ERP system experience, preferably in SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- Experience in coordinating multi-functional teams to deliver new training processes.
- Experience of process improvement and a proactive driver of improved systems and processes.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working in the FMCG industry.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience working within an accounting function.
