**Electronics Data Processor**

Forwessun is a leading, innovative company in the field of electronics. We provide the industry with state-of-the-art test solutions for assembled printed circuit boards. We are looking to expand our data processing team and have an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Data Processor.

Every quote and purchase order will start with you. No job is ever the same, you will learn how to understand customer supplied information, which can come in countless formats and styles. You will then process this data and send reports and figures to the sales and engineering teams.

If a quote has been successful, you will then liaise with the engineering and design team to start the building blocks of the project with CAD, drill and software files. **Full training will be provided.** This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and effective communication skills. The accurate processing of data is crucial for maintaining quality and meeting customer expectations.

**Job Title - **Electronics Data Processor / CAD Processor

**Company - **Forwessun - Woodend Avenue, Speke

**Position Details -** Permanent, starting immediately

**Hours -** 37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Thursday - 08:30 to 17:00, Friday - 08:30 to 14:30)

**Salary -** £23,000 - £28,000
- Have good problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
- Have decent numerical skills with a good eye for detail.
- Have the ability to multitask.
- Be able to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Have excellent IT skills.
- Be naturally inquisitive and willing to learn custom software and processes.

**Job Specification**

**The role will include**:

- Working within a close-knit data processing team.
- Processing PCB manufacturing files using specialist software.
- Processing of text/csv files into standard formats.
- Liaising with test engineers and the sales team.
- Pricing jobs and preparing quotations.
- Ensuring that accurate information is supplied in a timely manner internally and to the customer.

**Desirable but not essential (Full training will be provided)**:

- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Come from a data processing background.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Some exposure to any programming language.
- Have strong communication skills.
