**Role Purpose**:
**Role Responsibilities**:

Managing the recruitment process through the use of internal recruitment tools (TeamTailor)
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting to RLT.
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment-related information.
- Liaise closely with the People Operations Team locally and globally.
- Contribute to global process development from the UK perspective
- Ensure compliance with Eficode’s Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy when selecting and interviewing.
- Build relationships with, and support hiring managers during the recruitment process.
- Work with the Eficode global recruitment team to review and improve the recruitment process and policies across countries.
- Be responsible for upholding health & safety of yourself and colleagues
- Comply with all ISO20071 Policies

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

Able to identify recruitment best practices and the measures that drive performance.
- Proven track record of recruiting in the Digital IT/Tech industry
- Previous experience with proactive search
- Excellent knowledge of the whole recruitment process and using applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to source via various sourcing platforms, being creative in your techniques.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Be able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Be able to communicate with people at all levels effectively.
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers as well as within a team and individually
- Strong organisational and administration skills

**Desired skills and Qualifications**:

Business management knowledge.
- Experience of recruiting within the USA
- Experience recruiting commercial roles across corporate sectors.
- An understanding of HR practices and legislation.
- Ability to run and manage projects

**Remuneration**

£38k - £45k depending on experience, paid gross per annum

**Location**

UK-based hybrid-working with weekly visits to our Southampton office. Please note, that you must have a professional home working environment (eg. a separate home office) with reliable broadband.
