- Salary for this role begins at £26,000 and will be based on experience and competencies.
- 39 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7 and alternative weekends.
- Working hours are between 8am & 9pm.

We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:

- Every day on the shop floor, you lead by example; supporting and coaching co-workers.
- Together with your team, you focus on putting the customer first in everything you do within the store.
- You work closely with the Shopkeeper to ensure your shop is in excellent shape and fully stocked with the four merchandising basics always in place (priced, clean, well assembled, and available).
- You are passionate about the IKEA products in your store and share your knowledge with customers and your team.
- You proactively act on commercial opportunities, changing availability of products, customer feedback, local market and competition.
- You and your team actively steer to maximise sales and long-term profitability.
- You actively promote the IKEA social and environmental commitment and work with your team to understand how, together, you can contribute to sustainability.
- Holding meetings with your commercial partners and other function leaders.
