Willand Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Retail Team Leader to join our team.
We are looking for a Retail Team Leader who will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales and customer service teams to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborating with store managers to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Directly supervising and coordinating the activities of sales and related workers to ensure efficient operations.
- Establishing and monitoring work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets.
- Communicating customer feedback to management and other staff members in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working in retail sales.
- Ability to lift 40lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand/walk continuously throughout the shift with reasonable accommodations.
- Food and hygiene certification is preferred.
- Driving Licence is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Location:
- Exeter: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
