**The Opportunity**:
Join our dynamic team as a CRM Administrator, where you'll collaborate closely with our Business Development Team and relevant stakeholders across the business. This pivotal role offers you the chance to design and take ownership of efficient processes within our CRM system Pipedrive, whilst analysing data for actionable insights and make recommendations to our internal stakeholder.

**Key Responsibilities**:** CRM Ownership**
- Build and monitor report dashboards based on the requirements throughout the business, highlighting areas for improvements, issues, standards not being upheld etc
- Track and report on business development activities, CRM pipeline status and progress towards revenue targets
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement customer-centric solutions
- Ensure the CRM is the source of truth for customer accounts across the business embedding the infrastructure further into teams/processes/workflows
- Manage and implement CRM best practices
- Review and keep up to date with functionality to suggest improvements aligned with our business growth
- Monitor and report actionable insights and feedback to relevant departments; making recommendations based on the data

**Cross-functional Support**
- Regularly review schedules and chase relevant actions
- Ensure targets and/or timeframes are maintained
- Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the BD and Licensing teams
- Monitor leads inbox alongside the Business Development Officer
- Ensure data across the CRM is up to date and clean
- Automations and Integrations to improve efficiency
- Support account management keeping up to date with the status of all customers/partners in the pipeline
- Attend cross functional meetings to ensure timelines are understood, actions are followed and our CRM is up to date

**Your Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience in CRM administration, using Pipedrive or similar platform.
- Familiarity with business development activities and pipeline management.
- Experience in implementing and managing CRM best practices, including data hygiene and process optimisation.
- Experience in coordinating internal and external meetings, preferably within business development or licensing contexts.
- Ability to embed CRM infrastructure further into teams, processes, and workflows across the organisation.
