We are looking for additional staff to join the Production Team at our Lympne site, working 07:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. This is a permanent, full-time role for an established local manufacturer.

Duties involve fitting panel sections (timber, recycled plastic, steel and aluminium) and assembling components for both bespoke and volume production. All design, fabrication and assembly processes are carried out in house between our two production sites in Dover and Lympne.

You will need to be the type of person that has an eye for detail, competent at working with power tools and motivated to reach target outputs.

You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, producing high quality panel sections in line with our ISO9001:2015 accredited processes and achieving tight production deadlines.

**About the Job**
- Assemble pre-coated, folded steel sheet panels and timber slats to steel frames using air and battery powered tools.
- Install locks, latches and finishing components to unit panels.
- Work in teams of 2 lifting and moving assemblies onto work stations and roller tracks and completed assemblies from work stations into stillages for delivery to site.
- Follow standard operating procedures, using design drawings to check parts and assemblies.
- Complete output targets in line with Company standards.
- Complete daily and weekly maintenance/cleaning schedules for work areas and tools.
- Follow all safety and quality instructions ensuring a safe work place and quality of work meets required standards.

**About You**
- Physically fit with manual handling experience
- Ideally experience in manufacturing assembly work.
- Competent using power tools
- Able to follow assembly drawings and load sheets.
- Willingness to learn and maintain essential product knowledge.
- Excellent eye for detail with knowledge of quality processes.
- Able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads.
- Ability to interact effectively and communicate well.
- Reliable and punctual with a good attendance record.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with the self-motivation to achieve required target outputs.

**The Offer**

Starting at £11.22/hr rising to £12.10/hr on completion of 3 month Probationary Period. Hours are normally 45 per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00, with 2no 30 minute unpaid breaks and 1no 15 minute paid break and 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays).

**Salary**: £11.22-£12.10 per hour
