Are you a talented Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge? We are currently on the search for a goal-driven individual to join our highly regarded Medical Supplier partner based in Irvine, Scotland.

**Your rate of pay and hours of work**

We have a permanent position available with an attractive annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000. Your workweek will typically span from Monday to Friday, commencing at 8:30am and concluding at 5:00pm, allowing for a dependable schedule. As an added perk, complimentary on-site parking is also included.

**Responsibilities within your new role**

As the new Inside Sales Administrator, you will take pride in producing customer quotations, creating customer documents including order forms, risk assessments and ring binders, managing equipment repairs, CRM updating and maintenance. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls as well as maintaining product knowledge and price lists. Furthermore, you will process sales orders and returns for customers and maintain order processing deadlines. Your accuracy is paramount in this role as you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across various systems including the Sage 200 system.

**Your personality, experience and qualifications**

As a successful Inside Sales Administrator, you will have the ability to build rapport with customers while being able to work to tight deadlines. Experience in a similar role is essential along with knowledge of Sage 200 software. Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems are required.
