**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. This role position requires excellent customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items.
- Handle payments and operate the cash register with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and front counter.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for delivering excellent service and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
