Our second service, Skirbeck Lodge, in Sutton on Sea is now ready to begin providing support to people with a learning disability, enabling them to live in a community setting rather than a mental health hospital.

As a support worker you will be supporting the people through a 24-hour period. Working a flexible shift pattern, alongside colleagues, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the people that you are supporting. Your relationships will be the key to your success, developed by a desire to understand individual needs. You will be expected to understand and follow risk, care, and support plans to ensure consistent and proactive support is provided.

**About you**
- Health and Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards qualification
- Honest, Reliable and Trustworthy
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with those that you come in contact with during your working day
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK

Pay: £12.25 per hour
