Concept Resourcing are currently working with a growing Managed Service Provider to recruit a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst into their support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to progress their IT career within a fast-paced environmentwith excellent opportunities for growth and development.
Location - Staines-upon-Thames
Salary - £22-26,000 per annum
**The Role**
- Act as the initial point of contact for issues coming into the service desk
- Supporting customers by resolving IT issues within set SLAs
- Actively logging the call on the ticketing system, and escalating the issue where applicable
- Display high levels of customer service and an excellent phone manner
- Excellent training available, and structured promotion path to 2nd line
- Previous 1st line experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Background in IT or relevant certification (CompTIA A+)
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Familiar with Managed Service Provider and Data Centre environments
- Any experience within an ITIL environment would be beneficial
- Must be able and willing to go through a security check
