**Full Job Description**

**The Role**
- Fluent Bengali and English speaking required to maintain a relationship with existing and new prospective clients.
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
- Prospective clients are informed in advance about new products and services.
- Prior experience in managing a small team of salespeople.
- Writing everydayreports and maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Overseeing or creating awareness of the Brand and developing the marketing strategy.
- Provide feedback to the management and Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups. Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Good understanding of mathematics to compare and analyse market data of the energy sector.
- Professional approach and excellent grasp of English for content writing.
- Must have the ability to demonstrate our products in seminars and events both in Bengali and English.
- Set up meetings and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Organise and attend events such as face-to-face, virtual meetings conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions etc.
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
- Providing advice and guidance on the goods and/or services for the betterment of the organisation.
- Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, and newsletters.
- Liaising with events coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions, and exhibitions.

The Employee will, however, be expected to carry out any other reasonable duties in line with his responsibilities to assist in the smooth operation of the business.
