**Responsibilities**:
As a Junior Foreign Exchange Trader, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our trading operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis of currency markets, including monitoring exchange rate movements, identifying key trends, and evaluating macroeconomic factors influencing currency fluctuations.

Trade Execution: Executing trades in the foreign exchange market, utilizing trading platforms and systems to execute orders efficiently and accurately, and managing trade positions in line with risk management guidelines.

Risk Management: Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate trading risks, including setting stop-loss orders, monitoring exposure limits, and adhering to trading protocols and compliance standards.

Research and Strategy Development: Conducting research to develop trading strategies, backtesting trading models, and optimizing trading algorithms to capitalize on market opportunities and generate profitable trading outcomes.

Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing trading performance, assessing trading strategies' effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize trading performance and enhance profitability.
