Business Development Executive with Sales Focus

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with Sales Focus to join our team at beBee Professionals in Barking. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
£80,000 - £100,000 per annum plus commissions and bonuses, including competitive health insurance and retirement plans.
