We are looking for an Administrator to join our team where you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating project work. Communication and customer service skills will be key to ensure you deliver a first-class administration and customer service.

**What you will do**
- Act as the Customer & Supplier interface, giving an excellent customer experience
- Helping to schedule and prioritise the work (training will be provided)
- Chasing quotes
- Bank Reconciliation
- Purchase & Sales Ledger work
- Sales log & spreadsheet input work
- Involved in the implementation of new systems and processes
- Being commercially minded and well organised
- Comfortable working to multiple deadlines
- General office administration duties
- Support the Office Manager as and when required
- Microsoft Knowledge - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Office and/or Customer Service Experience
- Intermediate word and excel skills for reporting purposes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A great positive attitude is main pre-requisite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
