Ecommerce Intelligence is a growing digital agency that specialises in developing brands on Amazon and other marketplaces; as we progress our journey an exciting new opportunity has emerged for a sales administrator role supporting both our agency and our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative sales support to the managing director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals and website additions, including creation of social media content.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our Pipedrive CRM system
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with invoicing, and payment tracking
- Collaborate with the management team to produce unique proposas and presentations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and powerpoint for data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, knowledge of Amazon, Ecommerce and Ecommerce marketplaces is preferential
- Excellent computer literacy with experience using CRM systems or other sales software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients
