You’ll be a people person, have great empathy and can supply fantastic customer service through problem solving and innovation in an exciting, fast paced environment.

You’ll be a great communicator and develop relationships across the whole organisation.

**Does this sound like you? Our industry training programme will give you the skills and experience to step into a Customer Service role at Plus Dane. Full training will be provided by The Learning Foundry - no experience needed ** **This opportunity is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region.**

During this programme you will learn about the housing sector and develop an understanding of customer service and tenant support.

**Employment after completing this programme**:
You will have all the skills and experience to step into a role with Plus Dane. We have vacancies now ready to be filled by applicants.
