**Role Description**
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to define and prioritise resourcing requirements
- Continually review recruitment processes, solutions and routes to market (direct, agency, social media, via educational establishments) to ensure we are finding the best talent and recruiting in the most cost-effective way
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job advertisements, career website content, and social media campaigns
- Track, analyse and report upon key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
- Create sustainable relationships with local schools, colleges and universities to attract future talent
- Contribute to the development of the wider people strategy
**Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skills**
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruitment role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Familiar with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools
- CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience in the energy sector is preferable
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent use of IT and Microsoft packages with the ability to generate meaningful data to support decision making.
