**Main Responsibilities**
**Recruitment Coordination**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS accordingly.
**Talent Acquisition**
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment strategies.
**Onboarding and New Hire Support**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background verifications.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Support the HR team in delivering effective orientation programs for new employees.
**Employee Engagement**
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
- Support the implementation of employee wellness programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
**You’ll have**:
- Proven experience as a HR/Recruitment Coordinator or similar role, with a focus on global recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Remote (You will need to be based in the UK)**
**Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
