Temporary Administrator

Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our client based in Bellshill. Who are looking for an on-going temporary Administrator.
The duties of this role include,
- Answering and transferring incoming phone calls.
- Booking transport for deliveries, returns, stock transfers.
- Constructing transport & customer invoicing.
- Entering orders onto the system.
- Scanning of PODs.
- Paperwork /POD requests from customers/Credit Control.
- Dealing with Customer queries.
This role is full time 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch. With a great pay rate of £12.50 per hour. Please submit your CV today to be considered for this position.
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will control the worker in the course of their work.
